On Saturday, we went to visit my brother-in-law, Darrick, who is in port at San Diego for a few weeks. We were fortunate enough to tour the Destroyer that he's on. After the tour, we met up with my Brother Dave, his wife Laura, and their two kids, Elijah and Natalie. We ate at
Acapulco's and stayed at a hotel for the night.
On Sunday, we visited the Science Museum in
Balboa Park (and saw an IMAX about the Grand Canyon), ate at In n Out, and visited the Navy Exchange. We left San Diego around 3pm. For supper, Beth and I made pancakes for my parents. We bought some ice-cream and watched the movie
The Water Horse.
