Beth and I usually have a weekly date night. Last Saturday, we ate at a pizza place, then went to an ice-cream shop. After about ten years of not eating ice-cream, I decided it was now time. I bought some Lactaid at Wal-Mart and haven't stopped eating it since.

Before I was pregnant with the boys I was lactose intolerant too. I used lactaid which helped but it always gave me gas. Now after I have had the boys I am not lactose intolerant anymore...something to think about!
Haven't stopped eating what? Lactaid or Ice cream??? Do you have a favorite flavor?
Haha, I should have clarified that. Chocolate Chip is the best!
