Things are staring up again. Beth had class on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at Columbia, and I've begun working on my thesis. I have no classes this semester, which is turning out to be a blessing. Now I have time to focus on writing my thesis, finishing my grad. school applications, working, and exercising.
Did he just say exercising? Yes, turns out I've gained a little weight over the years and my pants are pretty snug (no thanks to working in the dietary department at the nursing home two years ago). So, Beth and I decided to work out about three times a week. And we're finding that we're feeling better and eating less junk food (although we had a weak moment this weekend and bought cupcakes and fudge-rounds). Wish us luck!
Oh, and if you've talked to Beth recently, she might have mentioned my "board." About two weeks ago, I bought a particle board to pin all my thesis notes to. I used to put them all over the computer desk--but it's small and gets cluttered easily. Here it is so far:

Nice, Jeff! What's your favorite form of exercise? Are you intimidated by your thesis?
Oh... and have you heard Extreme's new cd (from August)?
Brother, how many more degrees are you going to get?
Good luck on your workout! Mauricio and I are also trying to be more active...we've recently been playing tennis and riding bikes :)
