A Walk.

After bringing Beth to the train station on Tuesday morning, I took a walk through the nature preserve on campus. The university created this preserve as an experiment to see what would happen if the preserve grew naturally, without any foreign trees introduced. I saw one deer, many squirrels, and Pete--a blue heron (protected species).


The picture is a little blurry, since I couldn't get close enough to him.
